Read this: ‘Me, Inc.’, by Gene Simmons

I was an occasional KISS fan during the 1970s and 1980s. (“Love Gun” and “Lick it Up” were my favorite KISS songs.) That said, KISS was never my favorite band.

But I’ve always been an enthusiastic fan of KISS bassist Gene Simmons. His bass playing and singing are well….Let’s just say that the man is more interesting when he doesn’t have an instrument in his hands!

I read his book. Me, Inc.: Build an Army of One, Unleash Your Inner Rock God, Win in Life and Business. Part biography, part advice book, this one is worth reading if you have any sort of entrepreneurial ambitions.

Gene Simmons is simultaneously open-minded and politically incorrect. He says what he thinks, without apology. He pulls no punches.

You don’t have to like KISS, or even rock music, to benefit from Me, Inc.

Simmons rose from childhood poverty in Israel, to megariches as a first-generation American immigrant. He is truly a self-made man, and he has much to say about how he got where he is.

I highly recommend this book.
